The prisoner Seyad Erişmiş, held in Erzincan Prison, is not being released despite suffering from severe health problems. Detained since 2016, his illnesses began about five years ago. He frequently loses consciousness and experiences seizures. Although he was initially diagnosed with epilepsy, the medications he is currently taking are no longer effective. Moreover, he has not been informed about the results of his medical examinations or treatments related to these symptoms. In addition, doctors have detected kidney stones and a malignant cyst in his right kidney. His isolation in a solitary cell has further worsened his condition. His relatives are calling for his immediate transfer to a communal ward and demanding his release so that he can receive proper medical treatment and have a chance to recover.
