The prisoner had been detained three days earlier on the grounds that she participated in humanitarian aid activities and met with individuals dismissed by emergency decrees (KHK). She was subsequently arrested by the court. It was learned that she had previously received a prison sentence of 6 years and 3 months due to ByLock use, and that her case is currently pending before the Court of Cassation. The prisoner, now staying in prison with one of her children, has another 3-year-old child outside.
