Case Summary

Ramazan Kortak, a prisoner who has been in Buca Prison for 30 years, is struggling with his illnesses in a single cell. The prisoner has high blood pressure and stomach problems, his gallbladder has been removed, and he has difficulty walking due to severe headaches and pain in the soles of his feet. It was stated that even when he fainted, no intervention was provided. His wife reported that the prisoner was poisoned three times because of the food. His stomach problems have worsened due to nutritional issues. The prisoner applied to the Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK), but despite his condition, he was not transferred. His family fears that he may die in prison and expects his release as soon as possible.
