Solidarity with OTHERS has published a report that provides a detailed analysis of the investigations into the Gülen movement and illustrates the way in which these investigations violate legal principles.
The report builds its analysis on concrete examples and exposes the poor or absurd evidential basis of some of the recently conducted police operations, such as the incrimination of those who provided financial relief to the families of other jailed members of the Gülen movement. It also examines the questions that are asked to the detainees during their interrogation by the police and how those questions infringe on some of their fundamental rights.
